Documents for use in India should be certified by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office by way of Apostille.
The fee is £75 per document and documents will be processed the same day if lodged by 2.00p.m.
Despite the fact that India is a party to the Apostille Convention the Convention has not yet been fully implemented throughout India and it is often the case that full consular legalisation is still insisted upon.
